Hotel Gothards Kuldīga

Hotel Gothards is an apartment-style hotel in Kuldīga, located within walking distance of the historic brick bridge, the observation tower, and the UNESCO-listed Kuldīga Old Town. Hotel Gothards welcomed its first guests in the summer of 2023. The concept of the apartment hotel is based on modern architecture and contemporary design inspired by historical values. The hotel’s name honors the first Duke of Courland – Gothard Kettler, who in 1561, by establishing the Duchy of Courland, took a step “into a new era.”

Hotel Gothards offers privacy, quality, and comfort, which guests can enjoy while staying in one of its four guest apartments, all meeting 4-star hotel standards. Three of the four apartments feature a living room and two bedrooms, while one apartment is a studio. All hotel apartments have spacious and comfortable bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and bidet. For guests’ convenience, bathrobes and slippers are provided, as well as cots and high chairs for infants.

Each apartment is equipped with kitchen facilities, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary tableware, allowing guests to prepare their own breakfast. Every apartment also has its own terrace with a table and chairs.

For guest convenience, Hotel Gothards offers a large secured parking area and a terrace with tables, chairs, and swing chairs, perfect for socializing with friends in a larger group.
