Kuldes Manor Apartments

The design apartments are located in a building constructed in 1891, which was renovated and opened to guests in the summer of 2024. The interior design focuses on natural values – wood, antique furniture, and bold style mixing. The manor has been photographed by several design magazines.

The house is surrounded by a spacious garden and fenced off from the streets, creating privacy in the very heart of the old town and offering the opportunity to relax outdoors during the warmer season.

Just 50 steps to the city’s main street – a pedestrian promenade lined with charming cafés and local shops. 700 m to the city’s most famous sightseeing attraction – the widest waterfall in Europe on the Venta River.

There are 4 apartments in the building. All apartment windows face the garden. Two ground-floor apartments – Life as Ornament and The Blue Cabinet Residence – have separate entrances from the garden.

In Life as Ornament, there is a double bed in the bedroom and two additional sleeping places available on a sofa in the living room. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, induction cooktop, tea, and coffee.

In The Blue Cabinet Residence, there is a double bed in the bedroom and one additional sleeping place in the living room. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, electric induction cooktop, tea, and coffee.

Two apartments are located on the second floor and are particularly spacious. White Romance features a king-size bed plus one extra bed. The luxury suite Rustic includes both a bedroom and a 40 m² living room with a large sofa that can accommodate two additional sleeping places. Both second-floor apartments have access to a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen area, including a kettle, microwave oven, four-burner electric stove, refrigerator, tea, and coffee.

Private parking is available next to the house. An electric vehicle charging station is located nearby.

Guests can also enjoy a luxurious celebration hall, which can be rented for private events upon prior arrangement. Decorator services are available.
