Restaurant “Strauss un kaza” is a small eatery located on the largest ostrich and goat farm in Latvia, just 20 km from the town of Kuldīga.
Guests can enjoy high-quality products raised on the farm. Ostrich meat is a rich source of protein, iron, B vitamins, and other minerals, making it an exclusive and premium product in Latvia.
The restaurant’s head chef offers carefully selected, multi-course meals as well as delicious dishes from the menu, combining local and seasonal ingredients.
A wide variety of farm-grown and produced products are available for both tastings and full meals, including particularly delightful desserts made from ostrich eggs.
