How does it work? Simple – you choose Kuldīga as your destination, and Idea Events creates a customised programme filled with a variety of activities.

During the day, Kuldīga may challenge you to solve the mysteries of the city game Kuldīga Detective, discover the story behind exceptional coffee production in a small town, sample local craft beer, and explore the fascinating UNESCO story of Kuldīga while uncovering the true values that earned it international recognition.

You can venture into underground sand caves and labyrinths, enjoy a painting workshop by the river, visit ostriches and goats living side by side on a local farm, or meet local entrepreneurs who will share the stories behind their unique products and businesses.

In summer, Kuldīga invites you to drift along the Venta River on a SUP board. Those seeking a more adventurous perspective can pull on a pair of boots and walk through the Alekšupīte stream, discovering the Old Town from unexpected viewpoints.
