Pastry shop “Ineses Tortes”

Ineses Tortes the only Latvian producer creating cakes and desserts made from 100% natural, locally sourced ingredients.

The confectionery was founded in 1993 by the renowned pastry chef Inese Goldmane and started as a small family business in Kuldīga. Today, the company has grown into a well-known brand both in Latvia and abroad, producing thousands of cakes and desserts every month.

Gourmets are invited to visit the Ineses Tortes production facility, located just 5 km from Kuldīga, nestled in a forested area. A small shop has been set up on-site where visitors can purchase fresh cakes and desserts, as well as enjoy tastings.

More than 10 types of cakes and desserts are baked here. They are so delicious they literally melt in your mouth!

Ineses Tortes uses only Latvian-made ingredients – fillings are made from lingonberries, raspberries, and other local berries, while the whipped cream is brought in from the distant town of Dundaga.
