”Mazsālijas” deer garden

”Mazsālijas” deer garden, special attention is given to children’s enjoyment and fun activities. Children and parents alike are delighted to see the young deer. Feeding the deer is an exciting experience for everyone, and visiting the wild boars – Ansītis and Grietiņa – is equally entertaining, as these playful characters are as mischievous as storybook heroes.

Children’s groups (starting from 15 participants) are especially welcome. In every season, visitors can experience the magic of nature. Under the guidance of Ežuks Žuks, children can actively play seasonal games, enjoy adventures inspired by the book ”Scenes from the Deer Garden”, solve puzzles, and participate in scavenger hunts, as well as have fun feeding treats to Ansītis and Grietiņa.

In creative workshops, children can discover their artistic talents by making deer park inhabitants from natural materials or explore their culinary skills in cooking workshops.

Every tour concludes with a special surprise for the little guests.

To make the visit even sweeter, children and parents can enjoy delicious pancakes with Grandma’s homemade jam and purchase charming souvenirs such as apple chips, local candies, puzzles, and storybooks – perfect keepsakes to remember a wonderful time at the park.
